These are some of my latest "Continuing Professional Development (CPD)" certificates since my stay in UK. There are also a few more back in Malaysia. I will be documenting them later. The seminar is held every first Monday of the month. It is organized by the office for all its staff. Not like back in Malaysia, you need to pay to attend any of these seminars (they make money out of it), yet here you have the option to continue your learning process funded by the firm. Free knowledge for all who wants to learn!!

You cannt stop someone from gaining knowledge. Giving benefit to the staff to futher study is an added 'value' than just a monetary reward.
