A natural buffer to the siteAfter a long weeks being involve with the design, the first stage for development is now being submitted.
The client is already "happy" with the design and looking forward to present it to potential tenant. As for me I need to hold the design process for a while and move to another project until the client agrees on the next stage schedule.
Most of the view here is just a massing study for the development. But it is good enough to portray the design intentions. Even though I'm not showing the "nice" images (like Vray rendering/3max), the design planning for the project is workable and practical.
